Diane McDowell takes the time to exaplain the process of our BK13 in a manner which is easy to understand. She is also very polite and professional to work with. Everything was wonderful except when I came in to sign my papers the receptionist never spoke a word to me. I arrived early and sat in the lobby for nearly an hour. It was not until the girl from billing came up to cover the receptionist's lunch that I was finally acknowledged. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
